The essentials: Suberry helps you track and cancel subscriptions. It's a helpful tool, not financial advice — always verify details before acting. Premium is billed through Apple. Bank and email connections are optional, read-only, and you can disconnect anytime.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Suberry iOS application (the "App"), provided by RLAM FZCO ("Suberry", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Suberry helps you discover, organize, monitor, and cancel recurring subscriptions. Detection and totals are provided to help you manage your spending; they are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3. Premium subscriptions & billing

Suberry offers optional paid Premium features. Prices and billing periods are shown in the App before you purchase.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via our provider RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings; the App also links you there.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies.

4. Connected accounts (bank & email)

You may optionally connect a bank (via Plaid) or an email inbox (via Microsoft or Google) to detect subscriptions. These connections are read-only, are made only with your explicit authorization, and can be disconnected at any time. Suberry cannot move money or make changes to your accounts. 5. Detection accuracy

Automatic detection from bank or email data is based on heuristics and third-party data, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any subscription before relying on it. Always verify amounts and dates with the underlying service or your bank.

6. Cancellation assistance

Suberry provides guidance, links, and instructions to help you cancel or request refunds for third-party services. Cancellation is ultimately performed by you with the relevant provider; we do not cancel services on your behalf and cannot guarantee any cancellation or refund outcome. Suberry does not access or cancel your Apple App Store subscriptions programmatically — for Apple-billed items, we direct you to Apple's own manage-subscriptions screen.

7. Acceptable use

Use the App only for your own personal, lawful purposes.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or our systems.
Do not use the App to violate the terms of any connected third-party service.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by RLAM FZCO and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detection will capture every subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RLAM FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on subscription detection, reminders, or cancellation guidance. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RLAM FZCO in its free zone jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies of that jurisdiction.
